His work is mainly inspired by the tradition of Piedmontese violin making, assuming its imprint and models. Attentive to the study of shapes and materials, he dedicates an important part of his activity to acoustic scientific research, instruments, as well as the restoration of ancient and contemporary instruments.

In the Accademia Liuteria Piemontese he carries out teaching support activities.
