Guided tour for kindergarten and primary school

In the laboratory, children will be able to walk through the various constructive stages of the violin through the illustration of the display panels and observe the instrumentation necessary for the construction of the instrument.

The path will be lightened by the narration of fairy tales related to the topic.

“AS A GREAT I WANT TO BE A LUTE MAKER” + TEACH SHEET

At the end of the course, each participant will be given an educational sheet with quizzes that can be colored and completed in class or at home.

Guided tour for the secondary school

After a brief introduction on the history of Piedmontese violin making, the children will be able to walk through the various construction stages of the violin through the illustration of the display panels and the instrumentation for the construction

“Musical Turin” + workshop

(duration about 3h)
Guided walking tour. The boys strolling through the main streets and squares of the city,
they will admire various places and institutions dedicated to music.
The itinerary will continue with a visit to the Piedmontese Lutherie Academy where they will come
illustrated the construction phases of the violin.

Visit to the laboratory

(duration about 1h)
Introduction to the history of Piedmontese violin making and illustration of the exhibition itinerary on the constructive stages of the violin.

“Turin Musicale”

(duration about 2h)
Guided walking tour. Visitors strolling through the main streets and squares of the city will admire various places and institutions dedicated to music.

The meeting point will take place in front of the Teatro Regio

(duration about 3h)
Guided walking tour. Visitors strolling through the main streets and squares of the city will admire various places and institutions dedicated to music.

The itinerary will continue with a visit to the Piedmontese Liuteria Academy where the construction phases of the violin will be illustrated.

N.B. The property can only be reached via a staircase.

Proposals for families with children:

A special appointment is planned for families with children. A guide will lead young and old to discover the tools of the luthier, following the exhibition path on the different construction stages of the violin.
